📝 Job Description

As part of the Premium International Voice Process, you’ll handle inbound customer queries from global clients (UK/US). The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide effective resolutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via inbound calls
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery at productivity benchmarks
• Achieve and exceed client SLA targets: CSAT, Handle Time, etc.
• Handle chats, calls, and emails as per Wipro and client standards
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Support ongoing process improvements and best practices

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, B.Sc
  (Except B.Sc IT, Statistics, Math Hons, and Economics Hons)
• Full-time MBA / BE / B.Tech candidates must have minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
• Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome
• B.Tech and MBA freshers are not eligible
