- Conduct daily interactions with clients and onshore teams

- Present insights and data to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across multiple departments and support teams
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate (excluding Law graduates)
- Experience:
- 18 months to 5 years of experience in HRO, international payroll, or voice process
- Hands-on knowledge of ERPs like SAP, Oracle, etc.

- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with payroll implementation or consulting
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling client escalations independently
