📝 Job Description:

Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure timely and accurate resolution to customer queries.
-
Build domain expertise and ensure first-call resolution (FCR).
-
Meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
Maintain high-quality standards in all interactions (calls, chats, emails).
-
Accurately document issues and ensure proper follow-up.
-
Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
🎯 Required Skills:
-
Excellent verbal communication in English.
-
Good understanding of customer service principles.
-
Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
-
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
-
Problem-solving and time management skills.
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
-
Eligible Degrees:Â B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, B.Sc (except IT, Stats, Math Hons, Eco Hons).

Full-time MBA, BE, and B.Tech graduates must have minimum 6 months of international BPO experience.

Fresh B.Tech / MBA graduates not eligible.
