Position: International UK Voice Process (Inbound)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Job Location: Gurgaon
Shift: UK Shift (Day Shift)
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (One Side Cab Provided)

📝 Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution to customer queries.

• Build domain expertise and ensure first-call resolution (FCR).

• Meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain high-quality standards in all interactions (calls, chats, emails).

• Accurately document issues and ensure proper follow-up.

• Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English.

• Good understanding of customer service principles.

• Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Problem-solving and time management skills.

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• Eligible Degrees: B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, B.Sc (except IT, Stats, Math Hons, Eco Hons).

• Full-time MBA, BE, and B.Tech graduates must have minimum 6 months of international BPO experience.

• Fresh B.Tech / MBA graduates not eligible.
