As a Relationship Manager – RM Royale at AU Small Finance Bank, you will be managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and ensuring business profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with AU Royale (HNI) clients
✅ Increase CASA balances through deepening and acquisition of new customers
✅ Proactively identify risk and mitigate potential issues
✅ Manage customer movement across segments
✅ Promote digital banking and electronic channels
✅ Ensure CRM entries and process adherence for every interaction
✅ Expand existing relationships for both liabilities and retail assets
✅ Cross-sell new products and inform clients of updates
✅ Profile clients to capture and optimize business opportunities
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in retail banking or financial services
- Proven ability in managing HNI clients and portfolios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with understanding of banking products and services
- CRM familiarity and data-driven relationship management approach
