🧾 Job Description
As a Backoffice Associate, you’ll handle client support requests through email and internal systems. You will document, track, and resolve client issues according to Wipro’s defined procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
🧩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming client help requests via email or internal ticketing tools
- Record detailed customer information, query type, and resolution actions
- Learn and understand product details to ensure accurate query handling
- Track and document issue resolution in logs
- Follow standard processes and guidelines to meet SLAs
- Manage data and maintain reports using MS Excel
- Provide quality backoffice support with attention to detail and accuracy
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc – Non-Technical), MA, M.Com, Part-Time MBA/PGDM
- Note: Full-time B.Tech and MBA freshers are not eligible
Experience: 0–36 months (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills:
- Good communication and comprehension skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Data management and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

- Fixed Evening Shift only
- 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
- 2-way cab facility provided
