Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with back-office experience are preferred.
- Age should be between 20 and 27 years.

- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10–15 days are preferred.
- One-year service agreement is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client requests through emails and service tickets.
- Document customer details and issue information accurately.
- Track and record all customer queries and resolutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution.
- Ensure SLA compliance while resolving client requests.
- Maintain logs and records as per process guidelines.
- Learn process-specific knowledge to provide better customer support.
