✔ Any Graduation completed candidates can apply
✔ Pursuing candidates are not eligible
✔ Candidates must have all educational documents
✔ Provisional Certificate (PC) & Consolidated Memo Marks (CMM) are mandatory
✔ Excellent English communication skills required
✔ Basic MS Office and computer knowledge required
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Candidates should be flexible to work from office and rotational/night shifts

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle non-voice customer support operations
• Manage customer queries and backend processes
• Maintain service quality standards
• Work on computer-based support activities
• Ensure timely resolution of assigned tasks
