🧾 Job Description:
As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of customer contracts and sales operations. You’ll collaborate with sales, finance, and delivery teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle — from creation, validation, and updates to closure and renewal.
✅ Review, draft, and process customer contracts, amendments, and renewals in line with approved templates.
✅ Validate contract data — including pricing, billing details, term dates, and service configurations.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery) for approvals and clarifications.
✅ Maintain accurate records in the Contract Management System (CMS) or CRM.
✅ Track contract expiry, renewal timelines, and pending approvals.
✅ Support audits and compliance documentation.
✅ Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Contract Management, or Order Processing
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good understanding of MS Excel, CRM tools, and contract workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts and handle international clients
