As part of Accenture’s Customer Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling queries and escalations through chat-based support channels. You’ll provide timely and accurate resolutions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries and provide solutions through online chat support.
✅ Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers effectively.
✅ Ensure all faults and complaints are resolved within defined SLAs.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
✅ Work collaboratively within the team to achieve performance goals.
✅ Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
