Job Description/Skills Required

Roles and Responsibilities To manage prospective candidates who have applied for an advisor role within a customer experience, sales or collections function at Capita Customer Management. This will involve dealing with general enquiries and screening applicants CVs through agreed criteria, communicating with the candidate at all stages of the application process through email/instant chat platforms and calls. The role will also review /assess video interviews and have some small telephone interviewing responsibilities. The team will be based out of India but will support recruitment for Capita UK.
Required Candidate profile:

• Graduate with atleast 6 months to 2 years in recruitment Sourcing background especially from Recruitment/Staffing agencies will be preferred or Customer service (voice).
• Willing to work in UK Shifts.
