Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for maintaining and updating consolidated COO Finance calendar, including updating and publishing SharePoint version for broader team’s use. Requires understanding key deliverables and timelines. May coordinate and schedule meetings to review timelines where meaningful.
- Will process and submit all hierarchy changes and AU updates submitted by COO Finance team; includes maintaining approval and change log for all processed changes and communicating AU hierarchy lists to partners (provided on BD +1).
- Responsible for maintaining Move-the-Line tracking which includes requesting updates and collaborating with key stakeholders in COO finance team
- Governance of Documentation – work with team to ensure process documentation is complete and updated on a quarterly basis or as needed
- May produce ad hoc reporting and analytics to support the needs of COO Finance leaders
