Job Description/Skills Required
- Verification of AOF’s to check whether all accounts have been opened in compliance to internal / regulatory guidelines
- Verification of customer instruction forms to check whether all accounts have been opened in compliance to internal / regulatory guidelines
- Training of staff with regard to regulatory as well as internal guidelines
- Ensuring daily monitoring of attendance of staffs and other office discipline
- Productivity monitoring
- Raise suspect forgery alerts and tracking of response
