Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for maintaining and updating consolidated COO Finance calendar, including updating and publishing SharePoint version for broader team’s use. Requires understanding key deliverables and timelines.
- May coordinate and schedule meetings to review timelines where meaningful.
- Process and submit all hierarchy changes and AU updates submitted by COO Finance team; includes maintaining approval and change log for all processed changes and communicating AU hierarchy lists to partners provided on BD +1.
- Responsible for maintaining Move-the-Line tracking which includes requesting updates and collaborating with key stakeholders in COO finance team
- Governance of Documentation – work with team to ensure process documentation is complete and updated on a quarterly basis or as needed
- May produce ad hoc reporting and analytics to support the needs of COO Finance leaders
- Document procedures to ensure effective repeatable processes
- Ensure Monthly/Quarterly books are closed in timely and accurate manner
- Work on monitoring cost viz. forecast vs actual and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
