📝 Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for promoting bank products and services.
- Handle telecalling and telesales activities in a professional manner.
- Pitch financial products such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate from any stream.
- Should be comfortable in core sales and telecalling roles.
- Knowledge of Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, FD, RD will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English / Hindi.
- Candidates with telesales or banking experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
