Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for delivering various aspects of EIR modeling, fair value analytics, and financial reporting related to mortgage assets. The role requires a deep understanding of IAS 39 AG8 / IFRS 9 B5.4.6 processes, execution of modeling assumptions, and delivering month-end outputs for updating the General Ledger.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute EIR modeling, including assumption changes and BAU processes.
- Deliver month-end outputs to Finance Control for General Ledger updates.
- Perform sensitivity analysis for financial reporting disclosures.
- Conduct analytical reviews of discount margins for HTCAS assets.
- Maintain controls and governance around CPR models for business-wide use.
- Support the migration of business activity from UK sites to OSB India.
Experience Required:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of IAS 39 AG8 / IFRS 9 processes.
