Role: Payroll Analyst (Operations)
Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in US/Canada payroll processing
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll activities including report preparation and check tracking
- Analyze payroll issues and provide resolutions
- Run off-cycle and on-cycle payroll in Workday, validate error reports, and complete pay calculations
- Research and resolve mismatches and discrepancies related to client data
- Handle email queries and escalations
- Deactivate accounts of inactive retirees for terminations
- Process separations and final pay of employees
- Work on TDS reports and process HR-related invoices
- Produce monthly overtime and leave reports
- Enter and verify all vacation and flex days
- Prepare monthly and quarterly vacation metrics
- Experience with Canadian payroll is an added advantage
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with payroll software like ADP and Workday

- Both pick-up and drop-off cab services will be available

- Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
- Note: Domestic and Indian payroll experience are not eligible
