Position: Assistant Manager Payroll
Experience Required: 4 to 8 years
Salary Range: 3.5 – 6.5 Lacs P.A.
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of the payroll process
- Resolve employee queries in a timely manner
- Manage payroll operations for the entire unit
- Handle coordination, compliance with statutory guidelines, and auditing of payroll data
- Manage payroll-related legal and statutory compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum wages)
- Oversee employee benefits programs
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory remittances to the concerned authorities
- Engage and manage vendors for payroll and statutory compliances
- Conduct Annual PMS exercises (salary revision, rationalization, and performance pay calculations)
- Prepare various MIS reports (Payroll MIS, headcount, attrition, wage cost, etc.)
- Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
