Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pay sheets and settlements as per defined SLA.
- Strong knowledge in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, LWF, and Income Tax calculations.
- Ensure timely delivery of month-end and statutory reports.
- Utilize the payroll engine for processing and create provisions for enhancements when needed.
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures, and resolve queries as per defined SLA.
