Experience Required:
- 1-8 years in Accounts Payables
- 1-7 years in Order to Cash
Responsibilities – Accounts Payable:
- Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
- Experience in PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoice processing.
- Handle invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Use SAP/Navision or other ERP for processing.
- Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions.
- Resolve vendor queries within agreed SLA.
Responsibilities – Order to Cash:
- Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests.
- Manage collections and dispute management.
- Interaction with end customers for collecting pass due amounts.
- Participate in governance meetings and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)/BBA with at least 12 months of experience in Accounts Payable/Order to Cash.
- Preferred: Bachelor/Master of Commerce with relevant work experience in AP/OTC, sound knowledge of SAP, excellent time management and planning skills.
Note: Freshers are not eligible.
