Job Description:
- Report audit findings to management, including on-going corrective/preventive actions and effectiveness.
- Conduct process audits of internal departments to measure compliance against defined processes.
- Visit branches across India to conduct audits and report findings to management.
- Report non-compliance and deviations to management and ensure safeguards.
- Test and report effectiveness of controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure closure of open observations.
- Expertise in vendor audit.
- Knowledge of SOX Compliance & IFC preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Inter CA / CA Final candidate with 4-6 years of experience in internal audit.
- Experience in the BFSI sector’s internal audit team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, collaborative, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
