Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with onshore stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, balance sheet review, and benefit tracking analysis.
- Perform daily FP&A deliverables and reconcile financials to resolve discrepancies.
- Review monthly performance vs. budget and highlight issues to management.
- Perform control checks between management finance systems and financial reports.
- Ensure timely monthly management reporting to head office/onshore.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and understanding of working capital management.
- Work with Finance Business Partners to analyze business performance.
- Assist in establishing yearly plans and perform reconciliation processes.
- Provide analysis and responses to onshore questions.
- Support reporting tools/databases and ensure smooth transition of tasks.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation decks for MI and handle stakeholder queries.
- Maintain high service standards and proactive service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office suite, especially Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx, Hyperion & Smart View applications (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Quick learner and team player, willing to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- MBA Finance (3 to 6 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A experience) or
- Post Graduate (5 to 8 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A experience)
