Allsec Technologies is urgently hiring for the role of OTC – Collections in Chennai. We are looking for candidates with 1.6 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle. If you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable Collections and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1.6 – 5 years
CTC: ₹3.5 – 4.2 LPA (Non-negotiable)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle collections by connecting with international customers via calls.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email writing.
- Perform account reconciliation.
- Work on collecting past due invoices, reducing DSO, working cash application, and order release.
- Demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable Collections (Voice)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in email writing with the right etiquette
- Flexibility to work night shifts
- Strong understanding of the O2C cycle
