🎯 Job Role – Customer Support Executive

Handle domestic voice calls for customer queries and support.

Communicate fluently in Hindi and English.

Provide professional assistance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain call quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics.

Manage customer interactions with patience and problem-solving skills.

Adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers welcome!)

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Languages Required: Hindi and English

Shifts: 24×7 rotational (5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs)

Selection Process: Versant Test (Minimum Level 4 required)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
