Job Role: SME Accounts Payable – PTP
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and handle invoice-related inquiries.
- Research unprocessed invoices and clear them for payment.
- Identify and report duplicate invoices.
- Conduct self/peer reviews of completed transactions.
- Propose and implement potential improvement opportunities.
- Respond to client/vendor emails with appropriate solutions within the timeframe.
- Assist team members in completing their daily assignments.
- Ensure compliance in month-end processing.
- Identify compliance and/or training challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-9 years in Accounts Payable.
- Salary: 3-5.5 Lacs P.A.
- Location: Hyderabad.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum.
- Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA.
- Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Any visual basic or macro skill is an additional advantage.
