Job Description:
As a Senior Process Executive at Cognizant, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer support in the US healthcare insurance domain. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience in international voice processes, specifically in AR calling and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls with a focus on US healthcare insurance
- Working in US shifts (Night Shift)
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in International Voice processes or AR calling
- Experience in US healthcare insurance and international voice processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
