Job Title: Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process routine PR-PO, review Purchase Requisitions, and release completed Purchase Orders for approval.
- Monitor the preparation of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with organizational targets, client quality requirements, and negotiation outcomes.
- Provide first-line helpdesk support for stakeholders and suppliers.
- Use a ticketing tool and contact external suppliers via email and phone.
- Answer user queries regarding the procurement process.
- Handle administrative duties related to purchases, track orders, and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
- Deliver a high-quality, professional, and proactive service to clients in accordance with SLAs/KPIs.
- Assist junior staff with queries and seek process improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Upper-intermediate English (B2).
- Previous experience in Operational Procurement, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Mandatory SAP experience.
Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in any shift, including night shifts.
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
- Work Location: SIPCOT, Siruseri.
- Work Mode: All 5 days.
