Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com/M.Com in any specialization.
- Experience: 1–7 years in Accounts Receivable (O2C) roles.
- Skills:
- Strong accounting knowledge and business understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Proficient in SAP and Webcollect (AR tool).
- Ability to manage KPIs/SLAs and handle daily invoice processing.
- Experience in providing performance updates to senior management and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Core Functions
- Invoice processing in SAP for the India region.
- Maintaining the portfolio in Webcollect.
- Monitoring and ensuring KPI/SLA targets are met.
- Providing performance updates to management and clients.
- Participating in projects to enhance efficiency.
Shift Details
- Flexible to work in a 24×7 shift, including night shifts.
