Academic Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA only
- Willingness to work in any shift (Early morning, UK, US (Night shift))
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in the client application
- Review invoice details and handle unprocessable or parked invoices
- Ensure quality in work and manage the payment process
- Perform period close reconciliation and invoicing for customers
- Apply payments to customer accounts and run dunning reports
- Research customer accounts and communicate with customers/clients to clear discrepancies
- Handle month-end reporting and periodic contract pricing updates
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Typing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Any Visual Basic or Macro skills are an additional advantage
