📝 Job Responsibilities
✔ Identify and acquire new customers through field sales for:
• Current Accounts • Savings Accounts • Credit Cards • Retail Liabilities Products
✔ Conduct door-to-door customer visits and sales activities in assigned locations
✔ Build customer relationships and promote multiple banking products
✔ Achieve monthly targets in acquisitions and revenue
✔ Cross-sell products to existing customers
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 1–6 years experience in field sales are welcome
- Good understanding of CASA sales / Banking field sales is an added advantage
- Excellent Communication & Customer Handling Skills
- Ability to work with targets and independently in the field
