📝 Job Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer queries via voice calls.

• Ensure excellent communication in English & Hindi.

• Maintain customer satisfaction with a professional and positive attitude.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HS Pass

• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

• No planned leave for the first 3 months post joining.

• Candidates must not have appeared for a Flipkart interview in the past 3 months.
