As a Customer Care Executive (International Chat Process), you will:

• Handle customer chats for the US market with a focus on sales and upselling.

• Deliver accurate product & service information while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products/services.

• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM.

• Achieve individual & team sales targets.
