📝 Job Description – International Voice Process
As part of the Listing Moderation & Verification Team, candidates will work on improving map data accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, strong judgment, and adherence to performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderating listings with 98%+ accuracy
- Completing tasks within SLA/TAT timelines
- Tracking personal performance and improving based on business requirements
- Ensuring correct information is updated on map platforms
- Maintaining 100% user satisfaction and preventing escalations
- Working independently and taking ownership of performance
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers or 0–11 months experience
- Graduates from 2021–2025 batches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi
- Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency
- Typing speed: 30 WPM
- Knowledge of Google Maps navigation & geography
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical tasks
