📝 Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Candidates will handle customer queries via voice calls, resolving issues with professionalism and customer-oriented communication.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced both eligible
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
- Must NOT have attended Flipkart interview in last 3 months
- Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- No planned leave for the next 3 months post joining
- Should maintain 30 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
- 10-hour shift: 9 hours work + 1-hour break
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs

- Voice Versant Test (V4 or above)
- PMAP Assessment
- Client Round – Video Call
💰 Salary Breakdown
- Experienced (12+ months): ₹2,20,000 LPA (₹16,200/month)
- Fresher: ₹2,12,000 LPA (₹15,803/month)
- Apprentice (No PF account): ₹1,92,100 LPA (₹16,008/month)
