Job Description/Skills Required
- Channel expansion of Solar inverter by identifying new channel partner & new geography by adding retailers.
- To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly.
- Implementing the annual sales plan for the territory
- Achieving target According to the product mix.
- Inspect retail outlets & distributor regularly on maintenance, compliance & adherence to regulatory & company norms.
- Provide adequate support to Dealers both by way of stocks & promotions in retail outlets.
- Ensure implementation of schemes by distributors in market place.
- New Business Development by appointing direct dealer and also network corrections.
- Tracking of Distributer Replenishment system.
- Ensuring The Primary and secondary sales.
- To conduct counter meet, retailer meet and distributor meet for effective sales
- Working with branding team and Field force training team.
- Performance Review of Distributer every month and quarterly.
- Ensuing correct Margin and Discount to given to retailers to maintain uniform (MOP).
