🧾 Job Description: Team Member – Procure to Pay (P2P)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Invoice Processing & Verification

Scrutinize and verify invoices as per SOP
-
Ensure 3-way match and accurate PO, tax codes, and GST entries
-
Update advance adjustments and inter-unit transfers in SAP
-
Handle helpdesk queries regarding invoices and entries
✅ Review & Reconciliation
-
Perform monthly inter-unit reconciliation reports
-
Ensure accurate posting of SIT entries for stocks in transit
-
Highlight pending DI for freight bills
✅ Process Transformation
-
Contribute to process and system improvements
-
Participate in UAT for system changes
✅ Risk Management & Governance

Ensure accurate TDS, TCS, and GST code application
-
Mitigate compliance risks through precise documentation
✅ Continuous Learning

Stay updated with evolving UKSC processes

Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
