Job description
Business
- Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion
- Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels: o Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads o Referrals generated from existing customers o Alternate channels
- Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter
- Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field foractively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilitiescustomer
- Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivanand pass quality leads to respective loan officers
- Share customer insights/product related feedbackwith the Sales Manager – Liabilities Customers
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate services
- Reduce customer dormancy and customer attrition bycontinuous engagement / interaction
- Resolves the customer queries on various accounts, FD / RD, remittances & third party product Internal Processes
- Guide the customer to fill the Account OpeningForm; ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents; obtain customersignatures on all mandatory documents
- Strictly adhere & maintain compliance to KYCnorms
- Drive the usage of alternate channels such as ATMs, BCs and assist customers to use ATMs for dispensing cash Learning & Performance
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the liabilities products and services as well as a working knowledge of other products offeredin the branch
- Resolve queriesraised by CRS-unsecured loans w.r.t liability products and support them in selling liabilities
- Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self Ensure goal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelines
