💼 Job Responsibilities
As an AAM/AM – Liabilities, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing customer relationships to drive banking product sales and customer engagement.
Key Duties:
- Acquire new customers for liabilities products (CASA, deposits, etc.) through leads and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with existing customers and drive conversions.
- Cross-sell secured loan and other banking products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure strong service delivery.
- Work closely with loan officers and sales managers for cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide customer insights and feedback for process and product improvement.
- Train customers to use ATM, BCs, and alternate digital banking channels.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
✅ Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in CASA or Liabilities sales
✅ Age Limit: Up to 34 years
✅ Gender: Male & Female both can apply
✅ Skills Required: Strong communication, customer engagement, and sales aptitude
