Acquire new liability customers (CASA) via open market, referrals, or leads.

Cross-sell other secured loan products & generate quality leads for loan officers.

Convert existing loan customers to liability account holders.

Promote usage of ATMs, BCs, and alternate banking channels.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product insights to the Sales Manager.

Ensure achievement of targeted business goals in liabilities.
✅ Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1 – 3 years in CASA sales or similar liability product sales

Preferred Industries: Banking, NBFC, Microfinance

Age Limit: Up to 34 years
