💼 Job Role: Education Counselor

• Type: Contractual (6 Months)

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Noida)

• Shift: General Day Shift (2 Rotational Week Offs)

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Up to 1 year)

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students and parents with course details, admissions, and financial aid.

• Provide accurate information about academic programs and guide them through the application process.

• Follow up with interested prospects for enrollment.

• Assist in scheduling campus visits or virtual counseling sessions.

• Maintain accurate records and support application formalities.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Excluding B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, Law)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel

  • Strong multitasking and collaboration abilities
