TCS Customer Service Executive – Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Citizen Service Executive at Jodhpur Passport Seva Kendra. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing or data entry are eligible to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for customer service operations, document processing, data entry and assisting citizens with passport-related services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Processing or Data Entry.

• Candidates must possess BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc or BCA qualifications.

• Only full-time educational courses are considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer handling skills.

• Proficiency in English and the regional language.

• Good computer knowledge and keyboard typing skills.

• Accuracy in data entry and processing.

Not Eligible:
Candidates from technical educational backgrounds, including BE, B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA, are not eligible for this non-technical requirement.
