Job description
Looking for candidates from Hyderabad old city for TM -collection process.
Graduation is mandatory
Willing to Travel
Two wheeler is mandatory
Managerial Responsibilities
- Recruitment & training for the collections team for effective collections & recovery
- Review the activities of the collections teams operating in different areas on a daily basis; ensure collectors are productive and efficient
- Ensure adherence to collection processes in the territory, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying & reporting fraudulent practices
Functional Responsibilities
- Allocation of accounts to collectors / agencies, monitoring their performance on a daily basis
- Monitor and ensure adherence to collection process and report the fraudulent practices of agencies / agents
- Act regular filed visits for handling customer grievances & provide required assistance; ensure on-time collection / repossession.
