Job Role or Description
- Analyzing various proposals for acquisitions received by the Company
- Studying various documents for Due diligence (primarily Financial Statements, Accounting records, Loan Documents, Legal, Commercial, Taxation, Regulatory as well as understanding of technical, contractual and operational aspects), preparation of DD reports, evaluation of valuation impacts and dealing with DD Agencies, if any
- Understanding and Preparation of Financial model, financial projections , undertake valuation exercise and analyse various financial ratios (IRR, NPV, Enterprise Value, Book Value, Free Cash flows to the firms, Free Cash flows to the equity)
- Assist in Preparation of Reports, Presentations, providing options/ recommendations to the management on the proposals
- Assist in Preparation of non-binding offers, binding offers, non-disclosure agreements, share purchase agreements and other transaction documents
- Strong conceptual understanding of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Secretarial compliances
- Prior experience in financial projections, Excel work, budgeting, credit analysis
- Sharp / intelligent, with good communication skills, with multi-tasking skills
- Excellent Analytical skill and understanding of financial management (specially project management financials)
- More than average level of technical knowledge on Accounts / finance / taxation / other laws
- Flexibility of working on different subjects.
