Job Role or Description
- Regular connect with HK agency for any issues Round of the stations as per the schedule Any issue to be addressed with the help of inter / intra dept. Regular pest control treatment is done as per the schedule. Ensure Water is available 24 x 7 (Potable / nonpotable)and water cooler & water tank is being cleaned as per the schedule. ensures all the facilities are in running condition (Acs, Water Coolers, elect fittings, water pump etc.) Ensure all the inwards & outward posts / couriers are processed timely vehicle inspection as per the schedule Ticket / Hotel (Local / Out Stns) Booking Arrangements during VIP / VVIP visit IMS Data collection and compilation Verification and process the invoices of vendors Any tasks / assignments assigned by Manager / AGM to be performed
