About the Role – Lead Champion
As a Lead Champion, you’ll be the energetic voice connecting Titan with potential customers. Your role will focus on lead engagement, follow-ups, and sales coordination through phone and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via calls and follow-ups
- Convince and convert leads into sales using Titan’s communication scripts
- Coordinate with Titan stores and update leads in Salesforce
- Maintain customer relationship excellence through strong communication
- Be the driving voice behind sales conversions for Titan
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–5 years)
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Undergraduates & Graduates from any discipline
💰 Salary Package:
- Undergraduates: ₹20,000 in-hand + PF + Insurance + Incentives
- Postgraduates: ₹25,000 in-hand + PF + Insurance + Incentives
- Experienced candidates: Higher CTC based on experience
🕒 Work Schedule:
- Hybrid Work Mode: 2 Work-from-Home days (Saturday & Sunday)
- Fixed Weekday Off: Between Monday to Friday
- Shift: Day Shift
