📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable product recommendations

• Facilitate smooth customer buying experience from selection to sales transaction

• Meet section-wise sales targets and upsell wherever possible

• Maintain and update stock records including daily opening/closing balances

• Ensure accurate billing and timely sales returns or repair processing

• Follow store SOPs, maintain safety of merchandise, and manage display counters

• Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, and in-store support teams

• Minimize dead stock and assist in stock replenishment

• Build rapport with customers and competitors to strengthen brand presence
