Job Description
- Call potential customers (warm leads) within 24 hours
- Follow up with leads and drive sales conversions
- Update and manage customer data in Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate with store teams regarding leads
- Explain product features, offers, and create urgency
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer skills
- Freshers can apply (Sales experience is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
