💼 Job Description – Record To Report (R2R)

End-to-end experience in General Accounting, GL, Invoicing, Journal Entries, and Forecasting.

Strong understanding of accounting flows and intercompany reconciliation.

Manage query resolution and coordinate with internal teams for process improvement.

Handle month-end reporting, cost accounting, and P&L controllership.

Drive special projects, client meetings, and participate in process enhancements.

Excellent analytical and Excel skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to present risk and buffer positions accurately per account.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Passionate about understanding business operations behind financial numbers.
