Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely U.S. Federal, State, and City tax returns for:

  • Individuals

  • Estates

  • Exempt organizations

• Follow client-specific instructions and internal quality standards

• Make corrections and adjustments based on reviewer feedback

• Perform document verification using SPBinder (if applicable)

• Assist in creating and updating in-house training materials

• Support team members by resolving tax-related queries

• Participate in induction programs and tax update trainings

• Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and clients

Position Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. taxation

• Strong understanding of U.S. tax concepts, practices, and procedures

• Working knowledge of U.S. and Indian taxation systems

• Familiarity with SPBinder (added advantage)

• Good understanding of tax laws, rates, and compliance requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualifications

• UG: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

• PG: Master of Commerce (M.Com) – Preferred
