Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely U.S. Federal, State, and City tax returns for:

Individuals

Estates
-
Exempt organizations

Follow client-specific instructions and internal quality standards

Make corrections and adjustments based on reviewer feedback

Perform document verification using SPBinder (if applicable)

Assist in creating and updating in-house training materials

Support team members by resolving tax-related queries

Participate in induction programs and tax update trainings

Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and clients
Position Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. taxation

Strong understanding of U.S. tax concepts, practices, and procedures

Working knowledge of U.S. and Indian taxation systems

Familiarity with SPBinder (added advantage)

Good understanding of tax laws, rates, and compliance requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications

UG: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
