Validate design and operating effectiveness of SOX controls across Business Units to support quarterly SOX certification

Perform IT control testing, including:

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) with 2+ years post-qualification experience

Experience in SOX Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk & Controls

Big 4 experience preferred

CISA certification preferred

Strong understanding of:

Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 302 / 404)

Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
