🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regulatory reporting onboarding team aligned with project goals.

• Expand Axiom solution for multiple geographies and products.

• Translate business needs into high-quality requirements and functional specs.

• Develop and document scalable playbooks and delivery processes.

• Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with test cases and result validation.

• Resolve queries related to EBA regulatory frameworks like COREP and FINREP.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, engineering, and product teams.

• Perform risk analysis and escalate issues for timely resolution.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory reporting standards.

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience with EBA reporting (COREP, FINREP).

• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Excellent team collaboration in fast-paced environments.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Axiom platform for regulatory reporting.

• Experience in fintech or financial institutions.

• Background in global financial systems support.
